Information document pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR. Privacy notice for the processing of personal data collected from the data subject.

In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data), we hereby provide you with the required information regarding the processing of personal data supplied. This notice does not apply to other websites that may be accessed via links on the data controller’s domain websites, for which the data controller shall not be held responsible in any way.

This notice is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data) and is also inspired by the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, concerning cookies, as well as by the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority measure dated 08.05.2014 regarding cookies.

Processable personal data: “personal data”: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity; (C26, C27, C30)

1. DATA CONTROLLER
Data Controller, pursuant to art. 28 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and arts. 4 and 24 of EU Regulation 2016/679, is STUDIO VALMADRERA SAS – via Roma n. 7 – Valmadrera Lc, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative.

2. PURPOSES AND LAWFUL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the lawfulness conditions pursuant to art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 for the following purposes:
– browsing this website;
– possible registration on this website;
– possible contact request, with the sending of information and catalogues requested by you;
– administrative activities strictly connected and instrumental to the management of customer relations (e.g. acquisition of preliminary information, etc.);
– possible access control to password-protected areas.
The legal basis for the above processing is article 6 letter b) and 6 letter f)

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The personal data provided may be disclosed to recipients, appointed pursuant to art. 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679, who will process the data as data processors and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Processor, or operating in full autonomy as separate data controllers, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes.

4. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
The personal data provided may be transferred abroad within the European Union, within the limits and under the conditions set out in Articles 44 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, in order to comply with the purposes related to the processing. 5. RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, using methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by specifically appointed subjects. In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows identification of data subjects for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. 6. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Without prejudice to what is specified above for browsing data, the provision of users’ personal data for the purposes referred to in point 2 is optional, but necessary for the provision of certain services. Failure to provide the data will result, for example, in the impossibility of being contacted for sending information or catalogues or fulfilling the requested obligations.

7. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
You may exercise your rights as set out in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting the Data Controller or the appointed Data Processor, by writing to info@quiq.re
You have the right, at any time, to request access to your personal data from the Data Controller, their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling) as well as the right to data portability. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) and art. 9 paragraph 2 letter a), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

8. FACEBOOK SOCIAL PLUGINS AND OTHER SOCIAL NETWORKS
Our web pages and APPS may contain plug-ins of social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, etc.). If you access one of our web pages equipped with such a plug-in, the internet browser connects directly to the servers of the social network and the plug-in is displayed on the screen thanks to the connection with the browser. If a user of a social network visits our web pages while logged into their social account, their personal data may be associated with the social account. Even if the plug-in functions are used, the information will be associated with the social account. Further information on the collection and use of data by social networks, as well as on rights and available methods to protect the data subject’s privacy in this context, can be found on the social network pages related to the account, under data protection. If the data subject does not wish to associate the visit to our web pages with their social account, they must log out of the social network before visiting them.


Details on the processing of Personal Data and on services provided by third parties
Personal Data are collected for the following purposes and using the following services: Interaction with social networks and external platforms. These services allow interaction with social networks or other external platforms. Interactions and information acquired are in any case subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network. If a social network interaction service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may collect traffic data relating to the pages where it is installed.
